化解金融危机全球要共同稳定货币

2008年的全球金融危机标志着一个时代的终结,引起了人们的广泛思索。无论发达国家还是发展中国家,都在努力寻求化解危机的办法。浮动汇率制度解决不了金融稳定问题,或许多元化的货币政策是解决问题的方法之一。

结合湖北省某变电站在岩溶发育地基上成功建站的工程实践，介绍了岩溶地基的勘察方案、岩溶发育的规律及机理、岩溶地基的稳定性评价、岩溶发育地区变电站站址地基基础的处理以及设计中应注意的事宜等内容。实践证明：在一定的条件下，只要地基基础处理时采取的措施得当，在岩溶发育的灰岩地基上仍可修建变电站。

根据百色水利枢纽“表孔宽尾墩＋中孔跌流＋底流式消力池”联合消能工的特点，结合消力池地质条件的复杂性，利用消力池底板动水荷载模型试验成果，考虑止水失效工况，进行底板抗浮稳定计算和分析。     

Estimation of relative risk aversion across time

This article examines relative risk aversion in the framework of a three-moment asset pricing model that accounts for skewness. Accounting for skewness in calculating risk aversion gives a more accurate series of estimates of risk aversion and helps to reconcile the wide disparity in risk coefficients found in past literature. Risk aversion coefficients are calculated from 1926 to 2014 using stock market returns. This procedure results in a time series of data that can be related to other variables such as real interest rates and changes in demand for various asset classes.     

The role of uncertainty in the euro crisis – an application of liquidity preference theory

The world financial crisis triggered a rediscovery of the active role fiscal policy can play as a remedy in such situations. During the euro crisis, escalating funding costs in a number of southern eurozone member states and Ireland have called this strategy into question. One interpretation of the euro crisis concentrated on the public debt trends in those countries. Opposing this view, the main point of this contribution is to elaborate the link between rising interest rates on sovereign bonds in the euro crisis and a major feature of the financial crisis – a subdued degree of investor confidence after the Lehman collapse. Theoretically, this link is developed with reference to Keynes’ liquidity preference theory. The high explanatory power of measures for the degree of confidence in financial markets as well as detrimental effects of fiscal austerity on the evolution of sovereign yield spreads are demonstrated empirically by means of panel regressions and supplementary correlation analyses.     

风险交流、社会共治与食品安全监管关系的实证研究

基于风险交流和静态次优理论的视角,分析了食品安全各利益相关者的社会共治程度对政府食品监管行为的影响并建立模型。进一步探讨了消费者私人资本存量、政府监管资源的投入及政策的稳定性等对不同状态变量的影响。结果发现,在食品安全监管中,引入积极有效的风险交流环境能够有效地促进社会共治水平的提高,使得消费者私人资本存量达到更高、更新的均衡点,从而促进了食品行业生产和消费的良性循环。     

人民币汇率变动通过物价对我国经济稳定性的影响

随着人民币汇率浮动幅度的扩大,汇率变动对国内物价水平的影响程度日益引起人们的关注。本文对我国物价和经济现状进行了简述,阐述了汇率变化对物价水平的影响渠道,最后分析了人民币汇率升值通过国内物价对经济稳定性所产生的影响。     

输电钢管杆稳定性分析的阶梯折算法

应用一维非均质体结构的阶梯折算法理论,建立了输电钢管杆的数值分析模型,推导了钢管杆的整体稳定计算方法,算法运用计算机易于实现,解决了荷载和刚度沿杆体变化的复杂杆结构整体稳定二阶计算问题,在电网工程建设和设计中有较好的实用价值。     

改革开放30年广东省经济增长的实证分析——基于结构突变理论

文章详细剖析结构突变理论并具体表述了内外生结构突变的单位根和趋势稳定的检验。在此基础上,运用结构突变理论,对广东省生产总值指数的数据生成过程进行了实证研究,结果表明,其数据生成过程具备结构突变的趋势平稳过程。同时,利用内、外生结构突变的单位根检验,寻找到其内、外生结构变化点。
